1. Customer Service

If you have any questions concerning your order, please contact Customer Service via email at customersupport@f45store.com. To expedite service, please have your sales order number ready.

2. How your order is received

When you submit an order, it is transmitted securely to our office in an encrypted format.

3. Acknowledgement

When we receive your order, we will email you an order confirmation within 24 hours.

4. Changing or canceling your order

To change or cancel an order, please contact customer service immediately at customersupport@f45store.com as there may be a chance that we have processed your order for shipment. We will take all reasonable steps to accommodate your request.

5. Returns

For returns, please also reach out to customer service at customersupport@f45store.com to advise them of your return of any new or unused items. All claims must be made within thirty days of receipt of goods and must include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. Items that are not held in inventory and are made-to-order cannot be returned unless defective. If you are not satisfied due to poor quality, please contact Customer service at customersupport@f45store.com.

6. Payment

Orders can be placed by using one of the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express or DISCOVER. All prices are displayed in USD.

7. International Fees

International Duties and Taxes will be charged during the checkout process and will be shown on your invoice as “International Charge”.

8. Backorders

In the event an order is placed with a backordered item, it will be removed from your final invoice (sent when the order leaves the warehouse). We do not keep the backorder open and pending.
